Hello, beautiful souls! I decided to come to you with a NEW! YouTube video of how I went from straight hair back to my curls.
I've had my hair straightened for a week and I started to miss my curls (after the 2nd day). I decided to wash my hair and bring my big, voluptuous mane back in action.
First, I washed my hair by using my As I Am Coconut CoWash. I applied it onto my scalp and massaged it for 2-3 minutes.
After rinsing out all of this product, I applied my conditioner to help with the detangling. I used an ample amount of Aussie Moist Conditioner all over my hair and finger detangled from the ends of my hair to the root. I lovethis conditioner because it provides a lot of slip and makes detangling my hair super easy.
After finger detangling, I put my hair up in a hair clip, continued to take my shower and then rinsed all of the conditioner out.
Once I got out of the shower, I decided to do a protein treatment to repair my strands. I finger combed my hair with Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula with Vitamin E- Deep Conditioning Protein Pack, put on a plastic cap and put my microfiber towel that I bought from The Christmas Tree Shop over it to trap in the moisture and create heat underneath the cap.
After leaving it in for 10-35 minutes, I rinsed all of the protein treatment out and applied my deep conditioner. I deep conditioned overnight by finger combing it from the ends to the rootswith Eden BodyWorks Jojoba Monoi All Natural Deep Conditioner. After applying, I put on a plastic cap and put my microfiber towel over it before I went to sleep. I rinsed out all of the deep conditioner the next morning and did a Wash & Go with new products (review coming soon).
